This recording starts with a man talking about getting a COGIC conference together and the responsibilities of the church, followed by a man giving a prayer to Jesus. Other men give introductions to the convocation and give rules for interaction within the meeting, and lament about the state of people and the church. He talks about nominations for serving on the COGIC board as people volunteer. The rest of this business meeting continues with discussion of the program and questions from the members to the chairman.
