Financial Report and Program, March 22, 1972

This recording is of Dell giving a financial report to the attendees, he gives a listing of people in the church administration and names the people responsible for the transaction. A man objects to the minutes, but the amendment was adopted, but he keeps complaining about how Dell stole money from the church. This devolves into further arguing and accusations. Dell talks about parliamentary procedure while the man keeps complaining. Dell delivers the financial report and talks about the how the banking committee is responsible for the money. This devolves into argument.
