The sixth annual report of the Virginia Voters League "defines the voting status of Negroes in Virginia as of May 5, 1945, the last day for paying the poll tax in order to have voted in the ensuing August primary and the November election."
A letter and memo from Clarence A. Bacote, Chairman of the All-Citizen Registration Committee, to local pastors.  The letter encourages local pastors to remind their congregations to register to vote.  The form provides instructions on how to volunteer at the Fulton County Courthouse to encourage citizens to register to vote.
