Leroy Johnson, [Warren] Cochrane, and Clarence A. Bacote at (Georgia) State Capitol when Johnson qualified to run for State in 1962.
A letter and memo from Clarence A. Bacote, Chairman of the All-Citizen Registration Committee, to local pastors.  The letter encourages local pastors to remind their congregations to register to vote.  The form provides instructions on how to volunteer at the Fulton County Courthouse to encourage citizens to register to vote.
