The bylaws of the Committee on the Appeal for Human Rights, Incorporated, outline the membership and dues, the roles and responsibilities of officers, the Executive Committee, and procedures for amendments and dissolution. The Executive Committee administers the organization in the intervals between meetings and keeps minutes of each meeting. The organization can be dissolved according to procedures set forth in its charter under the State of Georgia. 4 pages.
