Lowery speaks about why SCLC took up AIDS as a public policy issue and the response of the Black church to the AIDS epidemic. The video also includes an excerpt of footage from the SCLC/W.O.M.E.N. observance of World AIDS Day at Tabernacle Baptist Church.
