In this event honoring academic achievement, the bulk of the footage features the presentation of Dr. Cherry Collier in which she speaks to the students about how to excel in their lives. Spelman College Provost Dr. Johnnella E. Butler also addresses the students. The video concludes with a presentation of gifts to select students and b-roll of the Spelman College campus.
