In this work an investigation of the Regge properties of singular interatomic potentials has been carried out. The inverse-twelfth power repulsion, Lennard- Jones(6,4) and Lennard-Jones(12,6) potentials are considered, where a is interatomic separation at zero potential and e is the minimum potential. The semi- classical method requires that the reduced mass /x of the system remain constant along the location of the Regge poles and residues. This gives rise to a constant B~ 2^T~ = A2/K. The reduced variables K = E je and A = ker characterize collision systems. The Lennard-Jones (6,4) potential with B=2350.000 approximates the H+ by Ar collision system. From the Regge properties the approximate energies, at and above which the semiclassical method ceases to function, are also obtained for B2350.000, 125.000, and 156.250 respectively. Some properties of Regge trajectories for the potentials are also investigated.
