Perceiving prosperity: How does the prospect of attaining funding for a college education affect one's future?

This thesis focuses on the effect of college funding in the decision to attend college. Using primary data collected from high school seniors and GED students, this paper finds that ones intention to attend college and access to funding options are major predictors of ones future education level. Policy implications are discussed.
