Since 2015, our team has worked to create a culture of multifaceted engagement with research among Spelman College students. To that end, we hosted workshops, information sessions, and one-on-one conversations with students about research. Now, our efforts from the past two years have culminated in this publication, which showcases original student research spanning disciplines from public health to sociology. Through the variety of research presented in this issue, we hope to encourage our authors and readers to consider the intersectionality of research.
